Quick answers to the most common questions.

Place your order without paying online. Pay the delivery agent in cash when your package arrives.

Go to Track Order in the footer and enter your order number (e.g. ORD-7456).

Most items can be returned within 30 days. Individual sellers may set their own return windows shown on the product page.

Click "Become a Seller", submit the short application, and our team approves new shops within 1–2 business days.

Sellers request withdrawals from their dashboard. Payouts are processed weekly via bank transfer.
